This role focuses on engaging service drive customers, identifying vehicle upgrade and trade-in opportunities, and creating a seamless, customer-first experience. Compensation (California Pay Transparency) $40,000 - $120,000 per year , based on experience and performance. Compensation includes base pay plus commission and performance-based incentives. Total earnings are directly tied to customer engagement, appointments set, vehicle acquisitions, and completed vehicle exchanges. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage service drive customers to identify Subaru trade-in and upgrade opportunities Educate customers on their options for selling, trading, or upgrading their vehicle Present Trade Up opportunities based on each customer's needs, preferences, and current vehicle Assist with vehicle appraisals and trade-in evaluations (training provided) Generate appointments through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions Follow up consistently with customers and prospects to maximize opportunities Build strong relationships with customers and provide an exceptional customer experience Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM Work closely with the sales and service teams to identify and develop Trade Up opportunities Follow dealership policies and applicable legal and compliance requirements Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and in person Professional, proactive, and results-driven mindset Sales, customer service, or automotive experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn vehicle appraisal, trade-in, and sales processes Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dealership team Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Valid California driver's license and insurability required Why Join Jerry Seiner Valencia Subaru?
