Santa Fe Springs, CA A company in the flooring and furniture delivery and installation industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with order-related questions, service issues, and post-delivery follow-up. The role includes receiving inbound customer calls and making scheduled outbound calls to follow up on service after delivery. We're looking for someone with previous customer-facing experience who can provide professional customer support and follow through on customer questions and concerns.
