All veterinarians are Fear Free certified and the staff practices these techniques. Description Cuyamaca Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced, friendly and customer-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our team in Santee, CA. As a Client Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support to both our clients and our veterinary team. Job Overview As a Client Care Specialist, you will greet clients, answer phone calls, respond to texts and emails, schedule appointments, process payments, and address any inquiries or concerns. You will collaborate closely with our veterinary practice team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients and their beloved pets. Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients in a warm and professional manner Handle phone calls and respond to emails promptly Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records in our system Manage payments and client invoices Educate clients on our services and products Address client questions and resolve any issues or concerns Work closely with the veterinary practice team to provide top-notch care for our patients Keep the reception area clean and organized Requirements Previous experience in a veterinary setting Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for working with animals and their owners Proficient in computer skills and basic office equipment, experience with Cornerstone and Pet Desk preferred Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
