We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Experience Service Advisor to join our team. As a key part of our service department, the Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers while maintaining the high standards that GMC are known for.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers promptly and courteously, listening attentively to their service needs.

Service Coordination:

Accurately write up service orders and clearly communicate recommended services and repair options.

Problem-Solving:

Address customer concerns and work with technicians to ensure the timely and efficient completion of repairs.

Appointment Scheduling:

Assist with scheduling service appointments and follow up on customer needs and requests.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and thorough records of services provided and ensure all paperwork is processed correctly.

Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure customers are fully informed about the status of their vehicles and provide a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process.

Upselling Services:

Advise customers on routine maintenance, warranty information, and additional services that may benefit their vehicles.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience in an automotive service advisor role is preferred.

Customer-Focused:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Attention to

Detail:

Accuracy in service documentation and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Team Player:

Ability to work collaboratively with the service team, technicians, and management.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.

Valid Driver's License:

A clean driving record is required.
