We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Experience Service Advisor to join our team. As a key part of our service department, the Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers while maintaining the high standards that GMC are known for.Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Greet customers promptly and courteously, listening attentively to their service needs.Service Coordination:
Accurately write up service orders and clearly communicate recommended services and repair options.Problem-Solving:
Address customer concerns and work with technicians to ensure the timely and efficient completion of repairs.Appointment Scheduling:
Assist with scheduling service appointments and follow up on customer needs and requests.Documentation:
Maintain accurate and thorough records of services provided and ensure all paperwork is processed correctly.Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure customers are fully informed about the status of their vehicles and provide a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process.Upselling Services:
Advise customers on routine maintenance, warranty information, and additional services that may benefit their vehicles.Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in an automotive service advisor role is preferred.Customer-Focused:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Attention toDetail:
Accuracy in service documentation and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with the service team, technicians, and management.Problem-Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.Valid Driver's License:
