Wire Harness Lead Technician

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Wire Harness Lead to support and guide our wire harness assembly team. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, maintains high quality standards, and helps the team succeed. What You'll Do Lead daily wire harness assembly operations Build, inspect, and troubleshoot wire harnesses Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions Train and mentor team members on best practices Ensure workmanship, routing, labeling, and termination quality Work closely with engineering and production teams Help keep builds on schedule in a clean, organized workspace What We're Looking For 3+ years of wire harness assembly experience Lead or senior-level experience preferred Strong crimping, soldering, routing, and termination skills Ability to read schematics independently High attention to detail and quality Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications

IPC/WHMA-A-620
