Telecom Customer Service Representative Must Do:
Conduct direct customer outreach to present and sell AT&T mobile phones Build and maintain strong client relationships through face-to-face consultations Close sales and ensure accurate account setup and documentation Lead from the front by consistently exceeding individual sales goals Support and guide associates in improving their sales performance Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and urgency Monitor territory performance and identify growth opportunities Collaborate with leadership to implement competitive sales strategies What a Telecom Customer Service Representative Has to
