JS West has an exciting and inviting opportunity for a Part Time Customer Service Representative based in our Sonora region that can thrive in a fast paced- high pressure work environment . Reporting directly to the Office Manager, in this position you will be responsible for offering superb customer service to both our residential and commercial propane customer. Our ideal candidate will have a team player attitude. Duties and responsibilities can vary.

• Answering phones and greeting visitors
• New customer setup
• Accounts Receivable
• Scheduling Deliveries & Work Orders
• Bookkeeping
• Running reports
• Data entry We expect our CSR to have the following skills and abilities:
• Phone skills that are courteous, friendly, and professional
• Fast paced work ethic
• People skills that put visitors at ease
• Detail oriented and focused
• Computer literate with a proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Time management- can balance work to meet deadlines and can work in sometime hectic situations
