Our customer acquisition campaigns are built around approachable communication, genuine conversations, and positive experiences that support long-term sales results. We're adding a full-time Customer Care Representative in Burlingame to represent a nationally recognized telecommunications provider at community events and promotional setups throughout the area. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll connect face-to-face with customers, learn about their wireless needs, explain available services, and support sales and enrollment while creating a helpful experience from beginning to end. As a Customer Care Representative, you will: Set the tone for each interaction by making customers feel comfortable asking questions and exploring available services. Learn to recognize different communication styles and adjust your approach so sales conversations feel natural rather than scripted. Help customers work through wireless questions by keeping product and sales information clear, relevant, and easy to follow. Create a consistent experience as customers move from initial curiosity into personalized recommendations and sales decisions. Stay attentive throughout enrollment so questions are addressed and customers understand the next steps in the sales process. Work with other Customer Care Representative team members to identify ways to strengthen customer interactions and support daily sales goals. Qualifications of the Customer Care Representative Naturally personable and able to make new people feel comfortable quickly. Strong listener who pays attention to both questions and the needs behind them. Able to adjust your communication style without losing professionalism or authenticity. Patient, goal-oriented, and interested in strengthening customer experience and sales skills. Comfortable meeting customers face-to-face at community events and promotional locations. Entry-level friendly; previous customer-facing or sales experience is helpful, but communication skills, reliability, and willingness to learn matter most. A Customer Care Representative doesn't need to know everything about wireless on day one.
