Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative We are hiring a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to assist health plan members and providers with questions regarding benefits, eligibility, and services.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required 1+ year of Customer Service or Call Center experience required Must be bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Tagalog (bilingual assessment required) Healthcare, insurance, Medi-Cal/Medicare, or managed care experience is a plus

Pay:

$26.56 - $33.00 per hour Application Question(s): This position requires completion of a bilingual language assessment prior to being scheduled for an interview. Are you willing to complete the assessment as part of the interview process? Are you fluent in any of the following languages: Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Tagalog?
