CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

•Saturday Kilter Termite and Pest Control is hiring Customer Service Representatives.

Position Summary :

We will train you! This is a Tuesday

•Saturday position Answer calls Schedule appointments & jobs Collect payments Input customer information & remote deposits Follow company policies and guidelines in assisting both external and internal customers

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

Answer Customer's calls and questions Respond to technicians' needs Schedule appointments for Inspectors/Technicians Works closely with all Managers to ensure open communication and outstanding customer service is delivered consistently. Requirements:

Job Qualifications and Skills:

High School Graduate. Must have phone experience, outbound calls & heavy inbound calls. Must have a strong attention to detail. Must be proficient in the English language. Must be tactful, considerate and courteous to all customers and coworkers. Must possess an ability to achieve and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.. Must have the ability to multi-task. Previous Account Receivable and Collection experience is a plus, but not required. Willingness to work and ready to learn.
