We are a Top Performing insurance agency that has direct appointments with the leading insurance companies. You will have the opportunity to grow within the company and encourage you to do so as we expand the company throughout the state.

Shift Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 11:00AM to 8:00PM M-F Rotating Saturdays Once a month This is a very busy office and requires a dedicated, driven, self sufficient, goal oriented personality. We will provide you with plenty of preferred leads that will keep you very busy and allow you to grow your income year in and year out. You will earn new and renewal commissions allowing you to increase your income annually. As a Personal Lines Insurance CSR/Agent you will be processing endorsements, writing new business, answering phones, making courtesy calls, taking payments, re-quoting and cross-selling existing accounts, helping answer client questions, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

Have P&C license or Personal Lines with at least 2 years of experience. You know your way around Windows, computers, PL Rater, Carrier Raters, Windows 11, Outlook, etc. Amazing phone etiquette. Great people skills.

Most importantly:
