We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our operations and ensure efficient day-to-day tasks. Summary We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Electronic Inventory Online, Inc. This role is essential in supporting our daily operations and ensuring efficient office management. Located in Southern California, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service and quality products.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and order-related issues. Perform data entry tasks, including updating product information and customer records. Support various eCommerce tasks, such as managing product listings, order processing, and inventory updates. Handle general administrative duties to support the team. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or eCommerce is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
