In this role, you'll serve our high-end clientele, providing exceptional service and leveraging your insurance expertise to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. What You'll Do Build client relationships: Strengthen retention and product loyalty through outstanding service.
Follow up with clients:
Ensure satisfaction and progress toward successful sales closure.Manage policies:
Process payments, update policies, handle claims, and endorsements.Issue documentation:
Provide Certificates of Insurance (COI) and other required documents.Communicate effectively:
Answer calls, schedule appointments, and maintain prompt client communication.Process renewals:
Handle renewals based on client updates and conditions.
