Experience Requirements Previous customer service, order processing, logistics, distribution, warehouse administration, or office support experience preferred. Experience working with inventory systems, shipping documentation, and invoicing processes. Strong data entry and clerical skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Experience handling customer inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer throughout the workday. Frequent keyboarding, phone usage, and data entry. Ability to review detailed paperwork, invoices, reports, and shipping documents. Occasionally lift or move office materials as needed. Job Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, inventory, invoices, and service questions. Process customer orders accurately and enter information into company systems. Monitor inventory availability and generate stock reports to support order fulfillment. Coordinate standard and expedited shipping requests with warehouse, traffic, and operations teams. Investigate and resolve customer concerns, shipment issues, and order discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. Verify invoice accuracy and assist with account-related inquiries. Provide shipment status updates, tracking information, and order documentation to customers. Maintain damage records, back-order logs, customer files, and account documentation. Communicate customer feedback and service concerns to management. Maintain accurate account procedures and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.
