As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing service requests, and assisting with billing and account-related matters. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and passionate about helping customers with their HVAC needs. Additionally, the role involves supporting managers and employees with daily office tasks, including scheduling, creating work orders, and maintaining smooth operations. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with exceptional attention to detail, are essential to succeed in this position. While bilingual in Spanish is preferred, it is not required. Responsibilities Answer customer calls and emails, providing prompt, courteous, and professional assistance. Schedule and coordinate service appointments for HVAC repairs and maintenance. Provide product and service information to customers, addressing questions about HVAC systems and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. Maintain accurate customer records and service history. Assist with billing inquiries, including reviewing and explaining invoices. Work closely with field technicians to ensure timely service delivery. Follow up on customer inquiries and requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or related industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus, but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
