Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or concerns over the phone. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patients inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about patient care, services, and insurance information.
- Assist patients with making appointments , checking eligibility/ referrals prior to making appointments, and responsible for checking voicemails and faxes.
- Handle patients complaints or concerns with empathy and patience
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in a medical practice or clerical duties is a plus
Skills:
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Administrative experience is beneficial
- Front desk or receptionist experience is a plus
