We are seeking a CSR with experience (preferred but not required) in general practice care. We are a newly constructed and privately owned clinic in Vallejo.

Responsibilities Include:
Greet clients and pets and provide them with a warm welcome. Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails. Schedule appointments. Check clients and pets in and out. Handle payments. Maintain proper documentation of client conversations as required by law. Comfortable using multiple digital platforms (i.e.: Windows, Gmail, and Google Drive). Our software is Neo, a cloud platform, and we will train you if you have not used this program before. Provide basic information and advice to clients regarding veterinary services and products. Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with administrative tasks as needed. Dental experience preferred. Maintain a clean and organized front office area. Ability to monitor and record dogs and cats proficiently under Anesthesia.
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Flexibility to work rotating weekends and night shifts. We are a newly constructed and privately owned small animal clinic (general practice care). We have a 2800 square foot facility with 4 exam rooms, a large treatment area, a dental suite and a surgery suite. We have two fulltime DVMs and on call specialists that include: internal medicine, cardiology, and surgery.
