We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our team and help manage inbound and outbound service appointments while providing excellent communication with our customers. Position Overview The Service BDC Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and supporting the service department by maintaining strong communication with our clients.
