Go Big Truck Performance is looking for an experienced, motivated Sales & Service Advisor to join our team in Ventura, California. We specialize in custom trucks, Jeeps, SUVs and Vans, offering everything from suspension and lift kits to wheels, tires, performance upgrades and off-road accessories. Our customers come to us because they want their vehicles built right, and we're looking for someone who can help guide them from their initial idea through the completed project. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide a professional, knowledgeable sales and service experience Listen to customers' needs and help develop the right solution for their vehicle Recommend wheels, tires, suspension systems, accessories and other aftermarket products Prepare estimates, quotes and work orders Explain recommended products, services, pricing and installation timelines Coordinate customer needs between the sales team, technicians and parts suppliers Schedule and manage customer appointments and vehicle drop-offs Follow up with customers regarding estimates, approvals and completed work Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business Assist customers with custom-build projects from initial consultation through completion Identify additional products or services that genuinely benefit the customer's vehicle Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information in company systems Help ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently and according to customer expectations Provide a high level of customer service before, during and after the sale What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Sales Advisor, Automotive Salesperson, Parts Advisor or similar automotive customer-facing role Strong knowledge of trucks, Jeeps, SUVs and aftermarket automotive products Understanding of suspension, wheels, tires and truck/off-road accessories is highly preferred Excellent communication and customer-service skills Ability to explain technical products and services in a way customers can easily understand Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple customers and projects at the same time Comfortable preparing estimates and discussing pricing with customers Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively with technicians, parts suppliers and management Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Truck and Jeep customization Lift and leveling kits Suspension systems Wheels and tires Off-road accessories Towing and performance products Aftermarket automotive sales Automotive repair or service advising Parts sales Custom vehicle builds Why Join Go Big Truck Performance?
