Customer Service

• Sales Support Trade Marker International DBA Hemptique is a Fast Growing Sustainable and Eco-Conscious Craft and Hobby Supply manufacturer and Distributer.

Immediate Opening. Would you like To be part of a dynamic Fast Growing Creative Team? We are looking for an Experienced & friendly Customer Service Representative that will expand our customer portfolio and support our current clients . Our customer base is creative people & we serve the designers and makers Globally.

Responsibilities:

We desire Proven Customer Service Experience. Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers. Arrange meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products. This can be organized through Zoom or Skype or at other Video Platforms. Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department for processing. Following up with customers to confirm their purchase meets their expectations. Proven customer service

• sales support experience min 3 years
• The ability to work independently.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and customer service skills including customer complaint resolution.
• Knowledge of Outlook necessary

Schedule:

Monday through Part time. Our business hours are from 9 am to 3:30 pm, 30 minutes of lunch time.

Experience:

Sales:

3 years

• Preferred Craft and Hobby or Related Product Experience Is a plus but not required

Education:

High School or Associate (Preferred) not required

Compensation :

Base hourly, plus commission/bonus. 401K after 1000 hours worked
