Brake & Service is a long-established, family-owned automotive repair and tire facility in Walnut Creek, CA, owned and operated by M Service, Inc. For generations, A1 Brake & Service has built lasting relationships with local families and customers who trust us to keep their vehicles safe and reliable. Located on the same property as M Service, a respected European automotive repair specialist with over 40 years of experience, A1 combines a loyal, established customer base with the resources and support of an experienced automotive service organization. Our newly remodeled workshop provides a clean, modern, professional environment where our team takes pride in providing outstanding service.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven automotive service advisor experience Ability to generate $110,000+ in individual monthly sales Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Strong sales and communication abilities Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a busy shop Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Positive, team-oriented approach Valid California driver's license

YOUR ROLE

As a Client Manager / Service Advisor, you'll be the trusted connection between our customers and technicians. You'll manage customer relationships, present repair recommendations, prepare estimates, coordinate repairs, and help maintain the trust and loyalty that A1 Brake & Service has built over the years. Our customers aren't just repair orders. Many are families who have trusted our shop for generations. We're looking for someone who understands the value of those relationships and will help carry that tradition forward.
