Experience Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests. Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences. Familiarity with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and guest relations.
