SkillSetGroup is seeking a CSR / Sales Representative to work in the Whittier, CA area. This position will support an established insurance office with customer service, client communication, administrative duties, and sales support. The selected candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, including reading and writing, and should be interested in developing a long-term career within the insurance industry. Previous insurance experience or an active insurance license is preferred but not required. This will be a 1st shift, Temp-to-Hire opportunity!

$20-$25/hr Hours 1st Shift - Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Details Follow up with existing clients and assist with ongoing customer communication. Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide general administrative and office support as needed. Learn the insurance business and gradually assist with sales and new-client development. Must be willing to obtain an insurance license if not currently licensed. Opportunity to earn additional commission once generating new clients and sales. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages. Previous insurance, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach. Must be dependable and interested in a stable, long-term opportunity. Looking for a motivated, proactive individual who is comfortable learning new responsibilities and growing into a sales-focused role. Insurance industry experience and/or an active insurance license is a strong plus.
