As a Business Customer Representative , you'll combine quick thinking with genuine empathy to help AT&T business clients keep their communications running smoothly. Business Customer Representative:
Efficiently handle business client communications, providing timely and professional answers to their questions and requests through in-person consultations. Understand common service problems and technical issues to diagnose them, guide clients through troubleshooting, and escalate complex cases to specialized internal teams. Maintain precise and detailed records of all client interactions within the CRM system to track history, ensure consistent support, and gather data for process improvement. Possess extensive knowledge of AT&T's product range, billing methods, and service plans to educate clients, answer their questions, and help them make informed decisions. Work closely with fellow Business Customer Representatives and sales colleagues to ensure smooth transitions for new clients, resolve post-sale issues, and maintain ongoing client satisfaction by aligning customer service with sales goals. Identify recurring client problems or frequently asked questions to offer valuable insights that can lead to enhancements in AT&T's services, products, or internal processes, ultimately improving the overall customer experience. Continuously learn and stay informed about new AT&T products, services, promotions, and policy changes to provide accurate, relevant, and comprehensive support to clients. The Qualifications/Skills to becoming aBusiness Customer Representative:
