Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Chat Support Agent to join our team at Kid to Kid Aurora. As a Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via online chat. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through our online chat platform. Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and store policies. Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and exchanges. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or chat support preferred. Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using chat support software and basic computer applications.
