Job Summary:
Public Safety Officers help create a safe, welcoming, and service ‑ oriented environment for all guests, residents, and employees throughout the resort. This role provides safety support, guest assistance, emergency response, and enforcement of resort policies while maintaining a professional and approachable presence.Job Specifications:

Yes Job Responsibilities:
Provide guest service support to property owners, guests, and employees throughout the resort. Respond to calls for assistance including vehicle jump ‑ starts, vehicle unlocks, intrusion alarms, and minor motor ‑ vehicle incidents. Assist with traffic management and pedestrian safety throughout resort roadways. Support special events, concerts, holidays, and village operations as needed. Enforce resort and HOA policies and property regulations. Investigate incidents and complete accurate written reports. Coordinate with emergency services and understand basic public safety procedures. Conduct equipment inspections, including AEDs; manage keys, locks, and access systems. Perform additional tasks as assigned.Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Valid U.S. driver's license (required) Clean driving record and successful background check (required) Strong customer service experience (required) Current CPR/Basic Life Support certification (required) Ability to obtain Advanced First Aid Certification within 3 months of hire (required) Effective English communication skills, written and verbal (required) Strong interpersonal and conflict ‑ resolution skills (required) Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (required) Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, and crouching (required) Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (required) Flexibility with schedule changes as needed (required) College degree (preferred) The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr.
