What You'll Be Doing Answering phones and responding to emails with professionalism and warmth Scheduling interviews, meetings, and appointments Preparing reports, presentations, and candidate profiles Maintaining organized databases and filing systems Interview potential candidates Supporting the sales team with quotes, follow-ups, and client communication Delivering exceptional customer service to candidates and clients alike What We're Looking For Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or a fast-paced office support role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace High energy, positive attitude, and a proactive mindset Experienced with Monday.com is a plus Work Schedule Monday to Friday Flexible hours available (Full-time or Part-time) About GO Personnel GO Personnel is a relationship-driven staffing agency specializing in temp-to-perm placements across infrastructure and utility sectors.
