We are seeking a candidate who will embrace our core values while demonstrating the qualifications and skills listed below. Client Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Although this position does not provide direct care for the pets we serve, the CSR's are critical to the success of every client interaction. We work using a team-oriented approach in delivering the best in compassionate care for both the pets and clients we serve. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, answer phone lines, schedule appointments, check clients in and out of the facility, and remain calm under pressure along with other misc. duties. Hours include days, nights, and weekends. Previous experience in a multi-doctor veterinary practice is preferred or past client service experience. Responsibilities Manage large amounts of incoming calls Handle cash and credit card transactions Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Basic computer skills Familiarity with impromed systems Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one year of previous experience in client services. Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multi-task.
