For the past 40+ years, our locally owned business has become the Hot Tub Experts in the Roaring Fork Valley. We are the exclusive distributor of Hot Springs Spas, Caldera Spas, and Endless Pools Fitness Systems. Crystal River Spas is looking for the right individual to support the operational and administrative needs of the service route, ensuring consistent communication, accurate billing and a world-class customer experience. Our service area covers Rifle to Aspen. Successful candidates should be a people person, hardworking, honest and comfortable working independently and with a team.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and update route notes to ensure accuracy and visibility Manage DCF communication, including sending emails and tracking responses Complete route-related billing accurately and timely Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding route service Respond to customer inquiries and follow up as needed Ensure service visits are properly documented and ready for billing Track open items related to route service and follow up to completion Support scheduling adjustments and communication as needed Coordinate with technicians and service team to ensure alignment on customer needs Escalate customer issues or service concerns as appropriate
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Experience in customer service, administration or service operations Strong organization and attention to detail Clear and professional communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on open items Comfortable working in service systems and managing documentation Experience with service scheduling or billings systems preferred Ability to stand, sit, bend and twist for extended periods of time
