Contractors receive clear service expectations, cleaning checklists, and onboarding resources to support professional, high-quality service. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their work and value long-term partnerships. Responsibilities Complete accepted cleaning projects according to the agreed scope of work. Follow client preferences, work orders, and cleaning checklists. Maintain quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Treat client properties with care and respect. Communicate professionally regarding scheduling, service updates, and completion. Qualifications 2+ years of professional cleaning experience preferred. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Smartphone with email, text, and internet access. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
