Role Description:

The Customer Support Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurora, CO. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate information on orders, products, delivery status, and basic troubleshooting. The representative will log and track issues, coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and logistics, and follow up to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include handling service requests, updating customer records, processing orders, and documenting interactions in the CRM system. The role also involves identifying recurring issues, escalating complex problems appropriately, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction capabilities. Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain information simply and accurately. Basic Troubleshooting abilities to identify issues, ask clarifying questions, and guide customers toward effective solutions. Experience working with CRM or ticketing systems and proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing). High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude. Previous experience in customer support, call center, or service-related roles; experience in manufacturing or packaging is a plus. NetSuite experience is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
