We are located here in Erie, Colorado. We offer our customers exceptional customer service and support from Fort Collins to Arvada, Boulder, and various outlying areas. We are currently looking for the right individual to join our team. We are seeking a candidates for our growing business in our Office The right candidate will meet the following requirements: The individual will have a professional, patient, and empathetic phone demeanor. Outstanding communication and organizational skills and attention to detail. The individual will believe in exceptional customer service and have an enthusiastic, positive attitude. Must be a team player with outstanding communication skills with customers and co-workers. The individual that we are searching for must have experience with a multi-line phone system and have excellent verbal and written skills as well as the ability to listen and work with various audiences. Multi-tasking is a must. Proficiency in computer systems such as internet navigation, email, Microsoft Office, Google docs, and mapping will be needed.
