$20.00 - $25.00 per hour We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment. This experience is required. The ideal candidate will manage customer orders, provide order updates, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Enter, maintain, and update customer orders in the ERP system. Review purchase orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and shipment information. Monitor assigned order backlog and open actions; proactively communicate order status, schedule changes, shipment information, and potential delivery risks to customers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Quality, and Shipping teams to resolve issues and meet customer commitments. Maintain accurate customer and order records. Support customer service activities related to shipments, returns, complaints, and corrective-action follow-up by routing issues to the responsible department and monitoring closure. Prepare and maintain routine reports, backlog updates, customer status summaries, and other information needed by Sales and Planning. Manage multiple customers, deadlines, requests, and system updates simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and appropriate urgency. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of customer service, order management, or sales support experience in a manufacturing environment required. Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work 100% on-site Preferred Experience in aerospace, defense, firearms, medical, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing industries. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production scheduling.
