This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer emails, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. The CSR will support daily operations by coordinating with technicians, dispatch, and management to ensure seamless communication and efficient scheduling. Duties Answer inbound phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, and provide updates. Respond promptly and accurately to customer emails and inquiries. Schedule and coordinate service appointments for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical jobs. Verify customer information and update records in the system. Communicate clearly with customers about service offerings, scheduling, and technician availability. Work closely with dispatchers and service technicians to ensure smooth workflow. Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers. Contribute to a positive customer experience and support company goals. Process customer payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions Document customer interaction details and service issues in company database
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
