We're adding a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to our veterinary team. Our front desk is the heart of our clinic, and we're looking for someone who can provide the kind of experience that makes clients feel welcomed, heard, and cared for. What You'll Be Doing Greeting clients and their furry family members Answering phones and helping clients with their questions Scheduling appointments and keeping the day running smoothly Checking clients in and out Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Communicating with doctors, technicians, and fellow team members Handling challenging situations with patience, professionalism, and empathy What We're Looking For We want someone who is: Friendly and genuinely enjoys helping people Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment A strong communicator and team player Open to coaching and willing to learn Able to stay calm and professional when things get hectic Veterinary experience is a plus, but the right attitude and work ethic matter most!
