Responsibilities and Duties Collection of urine/hair/saliva/breath samples for drug/alcohol tests (on the job training) Uphold the highest ethical standards by following the collection process per training and regulations Create a positive first impression by greeting customers and answering phone Office clerical tasks as assigned Coordination of client services via email and phone reminders Keep collection room and office clean and presentable Maintains inventory and assists with supply orders On-call support and travel required occasionally Courtroom testimony if called upon Promote positive workplace culture Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma Valid Driver's License 2+ years customer service experience Ability to pick up new software systems quickly The ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times. Requires strong communication skills, organizational skills, problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents
