Overview Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Client Service Representative. Candidate MUST have experience with a commercial insurance agency or company. Responsibilities File management (ShareFile or similar) Generate all documents for Captive Formations and annual board meetings. Schedule all Board of Directors meetings with account managers and clients Update underwriting data for policy renewals in company underwriting system. Generate policies, contracts, quarterly insured memos, annual reports and Premium Tax Reports for all clients Office Management - Order all supplies; arrange travel as needed, manage community calendar, coordinate mail/shipping; general office administration. Proven experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation purposes. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
