Veterinary Receptionist / Exam Room Assistant (ERA) VCA Centennial Valley Animal Hospital - Louisville, Colorado Full-Time | No Sundays | No Late Nights | Rotating Saturdays VCA Centennial Valley Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist / Exam Room Assistant to join our fun, collaborative, and compassionate team! We are an AAHA-accredited, small animal hospital with a diverse patient base including dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, and other exotic pets. Client Service Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and their pets with a warm, friendly attitude. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist clients with questions. Check clients in and out and help ensure a smooth visit from beginning to end. Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding their pet's care. Process payments and assist with estimates and treatment plans. Maintain accurate client and patient information. Work closely with the medical team to keep appointments moving efficiently.

Exam Room Assistant Responsibilities:

Prepare exam rooms and assist with patient flow. Obtain and record patient histories and vital information. Assist doctors and technicians during appointments. Safely handle and restrain dogs, cats, and other species. Assist with collecting samples and performing basic patient care tasks. Prepare patients and equipment for procedures. Help maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment and exam areas. Provide compassionate, Fear Free-focused handling to help reduce patient stress. Assist with patient discharge instructions and client education. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, personable, and genuinely enjoys working with people and animals.
