Full Job Description IV Technician & Client Experience Specialist:

Wellness & Longevity Club Tesoro Life | Parker, CO Part-time or Full-time

• From $23/hour About Tesoro Life Tesoro Life is a premium wellness and longevity clinic offering IV therapy, injections, hormone optimization, peptides, weight management, contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunge), red light therapy, and memberships. We deliver evidence-based treatments under medical oversight in a welcoming, spa-like setting. We're looking for a certified IV Technician who's just as strong with people as with a catheter. About the Role You'll be the face of Tesoro Life. You'll deliver IV therapy with skill and care, and you'll also run the client experience from check-in to follow-up. This is a hybrid clinical and client-facing role. You'll administer treatments, handle front desk and scheduling, introduce clients to our services, and help them become long-term members. We want someone who takes ownership, works independently, and treats the clinic's success as their own. What You'll Do Clinical Perform IV placements and administer IV therapies Administer injections after in-house training Perform phlebotomy (training available if not already certified) Maintain accurate, thorough documentation for every visit Client Experience & Growth Greet clients and run the front desk, check-in, and scheduling Explain contrast therapy and our other services clearly and confidently, and guide clients to the right options Recommend complementary services and upgrades that fit each client's goals Convert visiting clients into members and help keep current members engaged Follow up with clients after visits and reach out to rebook and retain Operations Open and close the clinic, including some weekend shifts Keep the facility clean, stocked, and welcoming Take ownership of day-to-day operations: anticipate needs, resolve issues as they come up, and keep the clinic running smoothly Requirements IV certification (course completion) with hands-on IV insertion experience (required). You do not need a nursing license. Licensed professionals (RN, LPN, Paramedic) are also welcome to apply. Comfortable with sales, upselling, and membership conversations Outgoing, engaged, and personable; you put clients at ease Self-driven and autonomous; you take initiative and work efficiently without constant direction Strong multitasker and problem solver who stays calm when things get busy Available for opening/closing shifts and weekends Preferred Qualifications Phlebotomy certification Background as an EMT, Paramedic, MA, or in phlebotomy Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or membership-based businesses Familiarity with sauna, cold plunge, or contrast therapy Schedule & Pay $25/hour. This is a technician-level role, and the rate is the same regardless of licensure.
