Summary As a Call Center Representative at SunWest Credit Union, located in Pueblo, Colorado, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. This position is significant in helping our members navigate their financial inquiries, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to thrive. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly in a professional and efficient manner. Answer phone calls during open business hours, continuously monitor home banking messages, voicemail, email and other member correspondence to assist members with account management, transactions, and product information. Research and solve routine and complex member questions, problems, and complaints concerning credit union accounts. Handle member fraud and disputes for debit and credit cards, including monitoring fraud alerts. Assist with the credit card rewards program, including member inquiries, monitoring reports, and transferring points. Assist with the member privilege/courtesy pay program including reviewing reports, issuing letters and notices, processing opt in/outs and other functions related to the program. Cross-sell credit union products and services when appropriate. Stay informed about credit union products, services, and policies. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or call center roles for 2-3 years is required. 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills. Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
