Job Description
Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and issue resolution while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Demonstrate product features and conduct product demonstrations
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Upsell additional products or services to meet customer needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment Skills
- Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities
- Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies
- Ability to supervise or lead a team is a plus
- Familiarity with retail sales processes
- Capability to conduct product demos effectively
