What You'll Do as an AT&T Customer Associate Introduce customers to AT&T products, services, and current promotional offers while providing exceptional support. Recommend wireless and connectivity solutions based on each customer's needs. Assist with new account enrollments, service activations, upgrades, and ongoing account support. Deliver a positive customer experience by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and professional support throughout every interaction. Maintain accurate customer records and complete required documentation. Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and team performance goals. Participate in ongoing product knowledge, customer service, leadership, and support training. What We're Looking For in an AT&T Customer Associate Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Customer-focused mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
