Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers with their needs in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Assist clients with account-related questions and concerns, ensuring timely resolution. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records. Aerospace customer portal experience preferred. Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve service delivery. Experience in managing customers and orders. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client services and support. Extensive experience working with customer portals to manage/change schedules. Familiarity working with ERP systems preferably Epicor Experience Previous experience in customer service or office environment is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is required. Experience in client services or support roles is a plus. Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions to customer issues.
