Job Duties Serve as the primary customer service contact within the storeroom, providing exceptional support to customers and suppliers. Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, inventory replenishment requests, and procurement transactions. Monitor order status, expedite deliveries, and communicate updates to customers and vendors. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, accounts payable issues, and order exceptions. Coordinate vendor communications, product sourcing, returns, and inventory-related inquiries. Review inventory forecasts and replenishment recommendations to maintain product availability. Generate reports, track KPIs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain accurate records. Follow all customer safety requirements, standard operating procedures, and workplace policies.
