Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and manage multi-line phone systems to connect callers efficiently Provide outstanding customer support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through processes Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office & ERP. Manage follow-up communications for internal teams or clients Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations Support office management activities including organizing files, managing office correspondence. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience Previous office experience or administrative experience is highly preferred Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Experience with multi-line phone system Bilingual abilities are advantageous for supporting diverse customer needs Familiarity with clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and calendar management enhances your suitability for this role Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Prior customer service experience that highlights excellent communication skills and phone etiquette Join us in delivering exceptional service with energy and professionalism!
