Job Description
The Pet Health and Nutrition Center is looking for a kind, driven individual who shares our passion for animals and aligns with our mission statement to join our Customer Support Team. Customer service experience is required, as this position will include taking customer phone calls, assisting with order placement, answering basic dosing questions, assisting with USPS order shipment status, and learning how to complete emails. We would like an individual who can handle versatility, as we want our team members to be experienced in multiple departments. We prefer someone who brings positive energy into our environment and who is naturally devoted to doing the best job they can. Critical thinking skills are necessary. Candidate must be able to work comfortably as a part of an intimate team. It is important that our candidate is able to solve problems, think comprehensively and display honesty. Compassion is an absolute must given the nature of our profession. We ultimately need someone who is capable of assisting where needed, gently guiding pet parents through sensitive issues, properly handling emotional situations and helping to represent the knowledge and empathy the Pet Health and Nutrition Center is known for. A license and reliable form of transportation is required. This is not a part-time or seasonal position. We prefer someone who is comfortable staying in one place and becoming an important part of our mission.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
