Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for incoming callers, delivering a positive and efficient experience while resolving inquiries whenever possible. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping others. Key Responsibilities Greet callers warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression Provide accurate information to address caller needs and minimize call transfers Route calls correctly and efficiently when escalation is required Utilize internal tools and systems to assist callers in a timely manner Learn and effectively use required platforms and resources Collaborate with Customer Success Management (CSM) to enhance the overall caller experience Maintain professionalism and composure when handling a wide variety of inquiries Tools & Systems Used Connect (Website) DFIS Price Book / Catalog RedMap ChatBot Qualifications & Requirements Associate's degree required Prior experience in customer service and/or technical support roles Comfortable learning and using new computer software Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism Preferred Qualifications Experience with Brightmetrics, ShoreTel, or other modern call-handling systems What We're Looking For A team player with a passion for helping others Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment A dependable professional who can manage multiple priorities efficiently
