Newington Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to serve as the main point of contact for key B2B accounts. You will manage complex orders, answer technical product inquiries, and collaborate closely with sales and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Support & Order Management:

Process complex orders, blanket agreements, and returns accurately in ERP and CRM systems.

Technical Guidance:

Build product knowledge to assist clients with quotes, troubleshooting, and application inquiries.

Sales Support:

Partner with Account Managers on pricing, quotes, and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Vendor & Logistical Tracking:

Utilize vendor portals to monitor shipments, resolve order discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery.

salary:

$25 - $27 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

Associate degree OR High School Diploma with 3+ years of experience in industrial distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ERP/CRM systems. Good problem-solving, data entry accuracy, and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and comfortable with occasional walk-throughs in active warehouse environments.
