AngelLand is looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Customer Service Team Members to join our indoor playground team. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service Assist with admissions, memberships, waivers, and birthday party bookings Operate the POS and process payments accurately Answer customer questions and handle concerns professionally Monitor play areas and help enforce safety rules Assist with food and beverage service and basic food preparation Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including play areas, dining areas, floors, and washrooms Clean and sanitize bodily fluid accidents when required Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties Support other team members and assist with general operations as needed Support playground , bumper cars, parties What we are looking for Friendly and professional attitude Reliable, responsible, and punctual Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working with children and families Comfortable performing cleaning duties, including bodily fluid cleanup Comfortable working with food and performing food-related duties Able to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Previous customer service, food service, or recreation experience is an asset FoodSafe and First Aid certification are assets
