Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent

Our Agency is looking to add a Licensed Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent to our team. The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced in servicing small to medium sized Commercial clients for an independent agency, have a current Property & Casualty Insurance license, have strong communication skills, possess a strong attention to detail and have excellent time management skills. Job Responsibilities Process policy changes and endorsements accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare and review insurance applications for completeness and accuracy. Communicate coverage details and provide summary documentation to clients via email. Issue Certificates of Insurance and maintain certificate records as required. Quote and bind small commercial insurance policies with efficiency and attention to detail. Manage billing inquiries, process payments and assist clients with account-related questions. Update and maintain all client details in EZ LYNX (agency management system) to ensure the information is accurate and current. We have an in house trainer that dedicates her time to making sure all new employees can feel 100% confident in their new position! We have a team of over 7 licensed producers that work together to help make each other successful!
